The Galapagos Room is located on the second floor of the Historical Wing.

The room is named after the Galapagos islands. These islands are known for their large number of species that were studied by Charles Darwin. Darwin’s observations contributed to his theory of evolution by means of natural selection. The Galapagos Room is located right next to the Darwin Hall. The high windows offer a beautiful view on the zoo’s Flamingo Square.
